Pneumonia – Learning Circle

Summary: The purpose of the Infection Learning Circle is to bring together a group of Nursing Home providers that are interested in discussing how to optimize the management of pneumonia infection in nursing home residents. The events will focus discussions on treatment options, case presentations, severity assessment, an action plan template and successful solutions to challenges and outcomes, with participants. Participants will be asked to identify and work on the implementation of one SMART goal from the Action Plan Template the course of a Quarter.
