Topic: Supporting Staff Wellness 

The IPRO QIN-QIO consists of IPRO, Qlarant and Healthcentric Advisors to support leaders and key stakeholders from 86 PCH communities across our 11 states (CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, RI, VT) and the District of Columbia. The goal is to enhance community health and focus on CMS quality goals: reduce opioid misuse, increase prevention and management of chronic conditions, enhance care coordination, further immunizations, support emergency preparedness and improve infection control practices by:

• Taking a data-driven approach to explore critical quality opportunities.
• Learning new evidence based interventions and promising practices.
• Engaging in peer-to-peer sharing (which comes from you) and problem solving together.
